MK City was formed in 2006, after many successful years formally known as Abbey Volleyball Club. Run chiefly for the staff, ex-staff, family and friends of Abbey Plc. MK City Volleyball Club is now open to all to enjoy.

The Club will compete in the local leagues, currently in the Northamptonshire and Hertfordshire areas and tournaments nationwide.

With two NVA certified coaches, it aims to develop all players equally through structure training sessions, through to a level adequate to take part in league matches.

Above all it aims to provide a good atmosphere in which to play volleyball.
